During the reconstruction of the family house in Olomouc, we turned to Belefi.eu, which provided us not only with the construction supervision, but also with the overall project management, including the management of contractors and assistance with obtaining a building permit. We were able to build this way even though we still lived in Prague and participated only in control days. Coordination was at a very good level, and although the construction was extended and increased financially (as is already the case with renovations), I rate the cooperation very positively and I believe that Belefi has helped us solve many problems and save time and money overall.
We started to cooperate with Belefi.eu represented by Mr Mareček and Mrs Nováková already during the preparation of the contract with the construction company, when they gave us advice on what to watch out for during the negotiations and what it is worth contracting. all essentials. During the construction, they not only provided careful standard construction supervision, when, for example, quality control of concrete, wood moisture and others took place, but also in case of any other problem they were willing to provide solutions either in the form of a design for a construction company or by ensuring their own contact, eg soil delivery. to increase the land or implement complete project documentation for a new sewer, including a separate building permit. All communication and photo documentation is stored on a special server on the network, so after logging in whether from home, work or construction, we always have the data available online to clarify any questions. Of course, there were doubts at the beginning, whether we can afford independent construction supervision and whether the construction manager of the contractor is not enough for us, but after experience I can recommend nothing more, despite the costs involved, we managed to save much more than We also assumed, for example, that your expert would provide you with ongoing advice in negotiations with a construction company, thus preventing the pressure from concluding an unfavourable clause on the spot, for example. In conclusion, I recommend that you start thinking about technical support as soon as the idea of your own home comes to mind and you start looking for land. With construction supervision at this stage, you will be able to save a lot of later worries.

We used their services not only as technical supervision but also as advisors and supporters in many situations related to the construction. We very much appreciate their professional knowledge, the complexity of services, but above all the most professional and at the same time very human and friendly approach.

As an independent construction supervisor, I can highly recommend Mr. Mareček. This is a fair person who is not afraid to blame the defect, but also to praise it. We were lucky that the company that carried out the wooden construction did a good job, Mr. Mareček praised their work, but still found and pointed out a few details - his approach was precise, he examined everything in detail and checked, re-measured ... he was flexible, he always found time for unplanned meetings. When I needed, he always advised, he gave his opinion on everything. Money invested in independent supervision can be returned many times over if you are not an expert.
